Ibis Astana

When we arrived to the hotel, we noticed a problem with the bathroom facilities in our room. The hotel was full, so they couldn't offer us another room. The good thing was that the plumbing technician was very competent and did his job very fast. So that this problem didn't spoil our staying in the hotel🙂 I would like to notice that Ibis hotel in Nur-Sultan is the same to Ibis hotels in Cambridge and Berlin, where I earlier stayed. It is good that they keep the same design, comfort, and service in different countries. The room was very clean and light with enough space for two persons. It was equipped with all necessary equipment, so the staying was very comfortable🙂

I really liked the late breakfast option. I arrived late, when the breakfast was already over, anyway the kind staff served me a light breakfast in the lobby bar. Very much appreciated.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Professionals at work. helped with all the questions we had, taxi, currencies and banks, formalities and questions about things around

Got a standard room. Was very clean and quiet. Adequate for a few nights stay. Safe for valuables in room. Great breakfast buffet. Great location.

Location is good as well as a girl at the reception Ainagul was exceptional. I was traveling alone and just needed a bed for the break in between my flights. This budget hotel offers good value for money.
